Vernon W. Miller

Vernon Miller, 85, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023. He was the widow of Christine R.  Miller. 

Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Chester and Mary Miller. Vernon attended Reading High School and was an entrepreneur. He was the owner of the VW. Miller Stucco and Aluminum Company.

He was a member and Sunday School teacher at Missionary Assembly of God located in Shillington, PA. He loved fishing, clocks, and antiquing. Vernon was a very loved man and a very wise man who went to be with JESUS! 

He is survived by two daughters, Carol A. Miller of Kutztown, Pa, and Sandra J. Miller of Temple, Pa. Nine grandchildren; Justin, Jason, Donald Jr., Jesse, Jarred, Dacoda, Casey, Christine, and Eric Jr. Eleven great-grandchildren; Donald 4th, Justin Jr., Alexis, Jason Jr., Jaylee, Austin, Kailyn, Caleb, Jadon, Ariana, and Aydin. Two great-great-grandchildren, Penelope and Blaire M. Sister, Laverne Shryoc of Florida. He was predeceased by his wife, Christine (Ditizio) Miller. Son, Eric W. Miller of Reading, and daughter, Debra L. Miller of Oley. Two brothers, Donald Miller of Jackson Walp, Pa. and Garson Miller of Reading, Pa., sisters; Barbara Rollman of Wernersville, Pa., Carol Long of Reading, Pa., Alice Bryan of Mt. Penn, Pa.
