Terry was born to the late Terry L. Walker Sr. and Susan D. Gahagan on January 7, 1971, in Reading, PA. He graduated from the Reading School District. Terry was a laborer in the construction business.
Terry leaves behind his sister, Shawnie, wife of James Betts; his son, Terry Lee Walker III (TJ); three daughters, Shannon Snyder, Brittany Walker, and Kylee Walker; four grandchildren, Andrew, Brayden, Kinleigh and Colton.
