Naomi Robertson age 70 peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Naomi was the life partner of Albert Norman and they shared 40 plus years together.
Naomi was born in Bradenton, FL. She was the daughter to Hannah (Franklin) Leach and Walter Robertson preceded in death. Naomi attended Reading Senior High School and graduated in 1969. Naomi loved to drive “Big” vehicles, she was a bus driver for BARTA and BCIU. Her greatest job was with children. She was a foster parent, for over 20 years, to a countless number of children, from newborn to adults.
Naomi was an inactive member of the St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church. She had a passion for cooking and loved to feed any and everyone. She will be remembered for her directness, “she had no filter,” but was loved by all.
Naomi is survived by her three children, Trevell Robertson wife Diane, Nakia Robertson, and Lance Robertson husband of An, all from Reading, PA. She is also survived by a cousin who is like a daughter, Vickie Fulwood wife of Terry. Naomi is survived by one sister Brenda Weaver. Naomi will be missed by her 10 grandchildren, Adrianna, DeShonj, Keyaira, Alannah, Madison, Jahlil, Bianca, Jalancey, Lance Jr., and Janalance. Naomi has 5 great-grandchildren. She also has 1 niece and 5 nephews who affectionately call her Aunt Baby and Sister (insider)
Naomi was preceded by a brother Johnny Lee King, and grand-daughter Chasity Lucas.
