Morgan Jerome Hall, nicknamed “Moe” entered this life on February 28, 1971, the youngest of two children born to Samuel Hall and Paulette Hall-Rose.
He was born and received his education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating, he entered the military.
He and Deborah Peppers were married on February 19, 2002. He was gainfully employed with Berks Packing plant for 18 years and then with Boscov’s as a supervisor for ten years.
Moe, like his father, is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Philadelphia Eagles. He loved coaching
his daughter Mariah in basketball.
He also had a deep love for family, friends, and the Lord. Morgan was a member of the first Baptist temple church. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh and bright smile.
Morgan leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Samuel Hall, Stepmother Carol Hall, Reading, Mother Paulette Rose, SC, Spouse Deborah Hall, Reading, Daughter Mariah Hall, Reading, Stepdaughters Danielle Varallo (Michael) Philadelphia, Arielle Peppers, Reading, Stepbrother D. Marcus Durham (Denise), York, Stepsister Meka McCoy, Stepbrother Chauncey Johnson, Reading. Brother-in-Law, Andre Alexander, Philadelphia, and family friend, Amanda Smith who was with him until the very end
Grandchildren: Michael Varallo (11), Tayanni & Aryanni Peppers (10), Mia Varallo (8), Maci Peppers (4), and Demi Peppers (also known as Six) (2) Aunts, Uncles, nieces Keshia & and Danielle), and a great-niece (Makayla). He was preceded in death by his sister Rhonda Hall Alexander and his grandparents, Samuel and Elaine Hall.
