Marlene Boyd

Marlene Boyd, 75 years old, passed away on June 20, 2022, at Saint Joe’s Hospital, Reading, PA.

Born on October 28, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Garnett) Washington and the late John Boyd.

She was a graduate of Reading High School where she would later go on to work for Lucent Technologies. She worked there for 37 years, mostly as a Senior Operator.

Marlene was an active member of Saint John’s Baptist Church. She is survived by daughter Carlita Boyd-Bryant, granddaughter Kennedy Bryant and sister Renee Jenkins.
