Karen Elaine Dix

Karen Elaine Dix entered into rest on August 19,2023 following a short battle with cancer.
She was born May 6, 1949 in Muncie, Indiana and was the oldest of 6. She was married to Jerry Dix for 35 years before divorcing. She was a stay at home mom to 5 children: Tammy, Mickeal, Patty, Jackie, and Randy.  A longtime resident of New Smyrna Beach, Fl she was a member of The Church of the Nazarene before moving to Pottstown, Pa and joining the Nazarene Church there. Karen passed on her love for music of all types to her children, she also enjoyed crocheting and reading and she loved her cats MoJo and Spunky.  
She is survived by her 5 children, 6 grandchildren (Taylor, Aaron, Caitlin, Michelle, Brian, and Alexis), 4 great-grandchildren( Bradley, Ava, Micheala, and Saylor). She was preceded in death by her mother June Huffman, sister Debbie Jones, brothers Ronald and Randy Reed.  
There will be a Memorial Service on September 16, 2023 at 11:00am at Pottstown Church of the Nazarene located at 1045 Beech St Pottstown, PA 19464.
