Joyce Wilma Peppers

Joyce Wilma Peppers, 87, of West Reading, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Joyce was born in Temple,Pa, she was the daughter of Dorothy Mae Anderson. 

A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Joyce is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hall; her grandchildren, Mariah Peppers and her daughters, Macy Ann Peppers and Demi Pumpkin Peppers; Arielle Peppers and her daughters, Aryanni Peppers McDonald and Tayanni Peppers McDonald; and Danielle Joy Varallo and her husband, Michele Varallo, along with their children, Michele Levi Varallo and Mia Ann Varallo. She was a loving presence in all their lives and leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and unwavering support.

Joyce found joy in life’s simple pleasures—working on word search puzzles, taking walks with the family’s beloved pets, and sharing conversations with neighbors. And if you knew Joyce, you knew she loved her Winston 100s. Whether she was enjoying a quiet moment or chatting on the porch, her cigarette in hand was as much a part of her as her quick wit and sharp sense of humor.

To those who knew her, she was more than just a grandmother—she was Nan, the heart and soul of the family. She was our safe place, our biggest cheerleader, and the world’s greatest grandmother. Her love was unconditional, her laughter was contagious, and her presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished.
