Jaivy Javan Cruz, 43 passed away on August 12, 2021, at Reading Hospital.
Born in Humacao Puerto Rico he was the som of Ana Carrasquillo and Teodoro Cruz.
Jaivy will be remembered for his great and funny personality. He knew how to make a frown turn to a smile in no time. We loved how he put other people before himself and would give you the shirt on his back.
He is survived by five children, four brothers, and two sisters. He will forever be missed and will see you soon. We love you very much!
