Henry Jean-Louis

In the morning of Friday, September 16, 2022, at 10:03, our beloved father Henry Jean-Louis 81 went to be with the Lord at the Reading Hospital.

Born in Moinsard, a small commune of Anse-A-Veau, Haiti, he was the son of late Fleurissaint Jean-Louis and Herminie Delmas. 

He was preceded in death by his late wife of 34 years Lucia A. Jean-Louis, his brothers Leodor, St-Jean, Louis, Rene, and sister Anna. 

He was retired as a masonry contractor after 50 years working in Haiti, Aruba, Saint Marten, as well as New York and New Jersey. 

He was a loving father, caring husband, a true friend always going up and beyond to help, and more than anything a true follower of Christ.

He is survived by his children: Yves Liautaud Jn Louis of Haiti; Yves Choucard Sr. Jean-Louis of Overland MO; Dr. Marie Lourdes Jean-Louis of Temple; Nixon Jn Louis husband of Juna of Haiti; Marie Carole wife of Josue Merveille of White Plains NY; Dimy Jn Louis of Haiti; Marjorie and Magdala Viciere of Haiti; His wife Jeanne Babier; his grandchildren Yves Jr, Cedric, Abigail, Anabelle, Victoria, Christian, Kervenski, Ann-Ley, Sephora, Tassy, Cahachyie, Camslyie, Bithja and Elysée. Also, his stepdaughters, stepsons, and 12 nieces and nephews and so many cousins.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at Spring Valley Church of God, 2727 Old Pricetown Road, Temple,  PA., 19560 from 8:00-9:30 a.m.

Service will be from 9:30 am until 10:30. 

Pastor Serge Sam will officiate.

Interment will follow at the Charles Evans Cemetery.
