Fredderick Leslie Hall, Jr.

Fredderick Leslie Hall, Jr. was born November 16, 1983 at Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg, PA to Fredderick Leslie Hall, Sr. and Renae D. “Pookie” Holmes. He was blessed to see 42 years of age.  

Fredderick was affectionately known as Perk, Freddie Les, The Perk-a-lator, Boss Hall, Perkus Simerkus and he also referred to himself as Perk Geez.  Perk peacefully passed away on 11-22-2025 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA with his family by his side.

Perk graduated from Harrisburg High School and worked at various food establishments.  His favorite job was when he was employed at Sutliff Chevrolet. He loved taking some of the new cars out for a “test drive”.   Perk enjoyed making people laugh, spending time with “Little Mama”, Nunu his daughter, writing songs because he was very artistic and being with family and friends.

Perk leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Renae “Pookie” Holmes (Anthony Sr.), his father Fredderick Leslie Hall, Sr. (Lisa), daughter Lanaia M. Anderson and siblings Antwan, Shenita, Eugenia, Anthony Jr., Ashley, Dontrece, Godsister Serrell and Godbrother Ja’ir.  Perk was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Clyone C. and Herman F. Henderson and paternal grandparents Lessie Belle and Henry Hall, Sr.
