Florence M. Eltz

Florence Mae Eltz, 86, passed away on July 16, 2022, at Reading Hospital. She was the widower of Charles W. Eltz. They shared 67 years together.

Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of Elmer and Stella Foreman. She attended high school and was employed at Lunden's Candy Factory as a candy packer.

Florence was a member of St. Margaret's Church. She enjoyed golf, fishing, bingo, sharing stories, oldies, and country music. She was a loving, caring, funny, heartfelt mother, friend, and devoted, caring wife.

Florence is survived by her children; Suzanne Adam, wife of Alvin Adam II; Cindy Eltz, Darnell M. Gantz wife of Michael Gantz Sr; and Charles J. Eltz, Predeceased Anna May (1976). Five grandchildren Melissa, Amanda, Carissa, Michael, and Melanie. Her pets; Mack, Booboo, Tigger, and Thumper. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles W. Eltz (2008), sister, Elizabeth Maurer, brothers; Joseph Foreman, Herby Foreman, Frankie Foreman, Elmer Foreman, half brother Johnny Bright. Please share condolences and any stories you may have here online.
