Emilio José Zayas-Ayala

Emilio José Zayas Ayala, 44, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023 at home.  Emilio was born in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. He was the son of Emilio Zayas and Madeline Ayala. Emilio had worked at Palmers Chocolate Factory in West Reading, Pa., as a machine operator.

Emilio will be remembered for his loving and caring personality.  He was a big brother to others.  He loved his dog and taking walks with him.  He also loved Bugs Bunny :-).

He was predeceased by Moody.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 5:30 pm at the Harris Funeral Home, 222 North Front St., Reading, PA. The viewing will be held at 3:00 pm.
