Brother Dwight Williams, 81, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Rose City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He was the widower of Mary E. Workman, in accordance with Islamic law.
Born to the late Chance Singleton and Louise Williams, Dwight lived a humble and hardworking life. He was employed for many years as a warehouse laborer before retiring.
He is survived by two daughters, April Rhodes and Tina Carraway, along with a host of relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Harris Funeral Home, 222–224 Front Street, Reading, Pennsylvania. A viewing will take place from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
