Deborah “YaYa” Hall, age 59, passed away peacefully at home on April 29, 2026.
Born on January 13, 1967, in Reading, Pennsylvania, Deborah was the beloved daughter of the late Joyce Peppers and Charles Peppers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Morgan Hall.
Deborah was a true spitfire—strong-willed, outspoken, and never one to sugarcoat how she felt. She loved her family fiercely and without limits, but she made no secret that most people were not her cup of tea. If there was one thing Deborah did especially well, it was letting folks know exactly where they stood. Her honesty, fire, and unforgettable personality made her one of a kind.
She found joy in her trips to Disney, days spent at the beach, and most of all, spending time with her cherished grandchildren. She will always be remembered as the very best “YaYa,” a title she carried with pride and endless love.
She leaves behind a loving family who will miss her deeply: her three daughters, Danielle Varallo (husband Michael), Arielle Peppers, and Mariah Peppers. She was a devoted grandmother to Michele Levi, Mia, Aryanni, Tayanni, Maci Ann, and Demi “Pumpkin.”
Deborah is also survived by her brothers, David Peppers (wife Pam) and Robert Peppers (wife Lora); nieces and nephews Ella Peppers, Aiden Peppers, Denise Peppers and family, Emily Peppers and fiancé, and Layla Peppers.
Though Deborah has left this world, her fierce love, sharp wit, and unforgettable spirit will live on in the hearts of those who truly knew and loved her.
